Best coffee EVER!!! The owners, Michael and Jennifer are 2 of the greatest people i have ever met. I will not buy coffee from anywhere else, the hawaiian latte is my go to and it is 100% my pick me up on those busy school mornings. I appreciate Longbow so much! 5 stars in all areas!!!!

I visited the Longbow food truck with my daughter at the Salado farmer's market. I died and went to EGG BITE HEAVEN. This was so unexpected. That are dense but fluffy and creamy at the same time! Coffee and chocolate muffin were also perfection. 5 stars

Great staff - so friendly and help with recommendations. Interior is quiet and perfect for relaxation, work, etc. Don’t sleep on their coffee, it’s great!

Looking for new roasters to try and Longbow popped up in the search. The lady proprietor, Jennifer, is super personable and gave the background of Longbow. I wasn’t able to buy any beans, however, I will be able to order some. I tried a soy latte and it is fantastic. Their beans are phenomenal and the roast is spot on. Don’t let the google ad fool you, this amazing establishment is open until 6 PM.

We absolutely LOVE Longbow coffee! We’ve tried almost everything on their menu and have LOVED everything we’ve tried! My favorite specialty latte is the Trifection, and don’t even get me started on how amazing their Lotus energy drinks are! The Hawaiian and Starburst are equal contenders in my book for the lotus options. Their espresso adds such a nice flavor to their lattes and it’s always exactly what I need to get my morning started!
